The staff was extremely nice and helpful, the service was great. The spa facilities were cosy with 3 good saunas and a big jacuzzi. The room service was excellent with everything cleaned and prepared daily. The hotel had a good connection to the ski lift with a direct bus every 15 minutes.

Everything was fantastic.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely nice and helpful, providing great service throughout my stay. They even arranged a transport for me to the nearby train station at the last minute, free of charge. The spa facilities were cosy and relaxing, with three saunas, a pool, and a large jacuzzi. It was the perfect place to unwind, especially during the low season. The room service was fantastic, with everything cleaned and prepared daily.

This hotel is a great choice for families.

We spent Christmas at a resort-hotel for skiers and the staff were exceptional, very helpful and friendly. the room was spacious, clean and had a great view, plus the balcony was perfect for enjoying the crisp winter air. the location was ideal, with easy access to the ski lift and a bus right outside the hotel. the spa facilities were a great addition, with nice saunas and a pool that we enjoyed daily.

The breakfast was pretty basic, lacking in vegetables and Italian specialties, and the coffee wasn't great. the hotel seemed more geared towards short-term tourists, so the breakfast options reflected that.

The hotel had a convenient location for both the ski station and nearby train station. the ski lift was easily accessible with a bus that ran every 15 minutes. the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with picturesque views from the balcony. the breakfast was fresh and tasty, with some fresh fruits, yoghurt, and cereal options. the staff was extremely helpful and professional, with great room service and excellent spa facilities.

Some of the basic facilities, such as trash bins or mirror lights, were not in working order.
